Individual Training Sessions

Are you a committed athlete who loses yourself on court? In times when your physical preparation should shine, you fall short. A solution is sport psychology training. I will coach you how to trust your abilities, increase confidence, and stay composed.

What to expect:

  • Our first meeting we will talk about your needs and interests in shifting your mindset. After, I will create a recipe that is catered to you. Moving forward, we will meet once a week for an hour executing your plan.
  • You will be given exercises to do on your own in between our meetings. Like your sport skills, mental skills require practice and reflection in order to reap the benefits.

I strive to create an atmosphere that provides challenge and trust. I take pride in providing you with specialized, top-of-the-line mental coaching.

I am not someone who will leave you hanging on how to practice and apply the skills. You will be satisfied knowing you have tools to practice after a session.
